COLOR MOOD WORKSHOP
To inspire team collaboration or simply celebrate, this synesthesia workshop uses sound and vibrations of music to translate individual moods into color.
This pastel-based session begins with a tutorial on technique and equips your team with an array of methods to communicate (smudging, radiants, blending, color massage, and more). Individuals will then be gently guided to surface what’s inside into an original artwork.
This session is designed to benefit your team members individually and as a whole. I will collaborate with you to define a focus (Teamwork? Trust? Ambition?) to anchor the group while unlocking individual awareness in this specific area.

COLOR COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP
Unlocking team potential is reliant on effective communication. In this creative, pastel-based workshop, team members are invited to think differently about how they communicate nonverbally, and the power of doing so effectively.
Starting with an image that speaks to them, individuals will use pastels to articulate their perspective on the core elements of the image. More about composition than technique, this color-puzzle workshop gets individuals thinking about the tools (color, lines, shapes) at their disposal to bring their interpretation to life.
The session concludes with a team showcase and conversation about with what they saw, how it translated into their piece - and what others perceived from it.
